Niovant is a small team in Glasgow building AI agents for credit unions and community lenders. The agents are live, so the work is keeping them reliable, connecting them to the systems lenders already run, and measuring what they change.
Who we want to hear from
- Forward-deployed engineers who want to sit inside a lender, ship the agent into its systems and own the result.
- Engineers who want to own reliability and integration: production agents, observability, evaluation, and the unglamorous work of talking to legacy core banking systems.
- Data and integration analysts who know their way around a core banking system, or want to learn one properly.
- People from inside community finance, credit unions, CDFIs and mutuals, who want to shape what gets built.
